RestoreFacade does not perform, supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any restoration works.
All agreements are concluded directly between users and professionals. RestoreFacade is not a party to any contract between them.
Users are solely responsible for verifying credentials, licenses, insurance, and agreements before entering into any contract.
RestoreFacade shall not be liable for:
• Quality of works
• Delays
• Damages
• Financial losses
• Disputes between users
Professionals are fully responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
